Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  What inspired the author to write The Frog and the Redneck?  The
book's inspiration is scriptural from the book of Ephesians, Chapter 5 verse
10 where the apostle Paul tells the Church of Ephesus to take no part in the
unfruitful works of darkness, but instead to expose them.   In her own life,
the author experienced so much racial prejudice.  For the longest time she
focused on her own life -- the prejudices that she personally experienced.
She was wounded and more embittered with each incident.  Then she met
her husband, who experienced a new type of racial prejudice because he
chose to marry her and to adopt her son.  The experiences that they shared
changed their lives and hearts forever. And because o
f their love for our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they discovered a new revelation -- one that
is based on
love.  Yes, they  learned to love each other more and to love
their enemies, too. This book is the author's effort to reach out to those who
would hate and despise any person  because of differences in race, religion,
hair, lips, dress, customs, etc. ....The book's message -- "We are all God's
children" -- resonates loud and clear throughout as
The Frog and the
Redneck
continually challenges the reader from a predisposition of racial
bias towards self-examination.
